Due to their material properties and structural design advantages, nylon casters are widely used in industries such as industry, home furnishings, and logistics. Their core advantages can be summarized as follows:

First, they offer strong load-bearing capacity. Nylon inherently possesses high mechanical strength, and through modification (such as glass fiber reinforcement), their impact and deformation resistance are further enhanced. Conventional nylon casters can carry 50-500kg, while custom-made models can even accommodate equipment weighing several tons. They can stably support heavy objects such as shelves, industrial carts, and medical equipment, and are less likely to crack or collapse with long-term use.

Second, they are wear-resistant and low-wear. Nylon's molecular structure gives it a high surface hardness and a low coefficient of friction. Its wear rate when in contact with the floor is much lower than that of materials like rubber and plastic. On common surfaces such as concrete, tiled, and wooden floors, nylon casters can last up to 2-3 times longer than ordinary rubber casters and will not scratch the floor during rolling. They are particularly suitable for environments such as shopping malls and laboratories where floor protection is critical.

Third, it has excellent environmental adaptability. Nylon has excellent chemical resistance and can withstand corrosion from common chemicals such as weak acids, weak bases, oils, and solvents, without swelling or aging. It also has a wide temperature range (typically operating within -40°C to 80°C), ensuring stable rolling performance in both low-temperature warehouses and high-temperature workshops, without causing the wheel to harden or soften due to sudden temperature fluctuations.

Fourth, it offers both quietness and shock absorption. Compared to metal casters, nylon has a certain degree of inherent elasticity, which helps cushion ground bumps during rolling, reducing the impact of vibration on equipment or cargo (e.g., protecting precision instruments and fragile items). Furthermore, it produces low friction noise, eliminating the "screeching" of metal casters or the "sticky" noise of rubber casters when used indoors, making it ideal for quiet environments such as offices and homes.

Fifth, it offers a high cost-effectiveness. The cost of nylon raw materials is lower than that of polyurethane, metal and other materials, and the caster has a simple structure and is easy to process, so the production cost is controllable. In addition, it has a long service life and low maintenance requirements (no need to frequently replace the wheel body, only daily dust cleaning is required). After long-term use, the comprehensive use cost is much lower than other types of casters, which is both practical and economical.
