Glass fiber fillers and high-efficiency antioxidants are the two most effective additives for improving the high-temperature resistance of PP (polypropylene) casters. Glass fiber fillers offer a more comprehensive effect, particularly suited for heavy-load and high-temperature applications. The details are as follows:

1. Glass Fiber Fillers (Core Recommendation)
Glass fiber (fiberglass) physically enhances the crystal structure and thermal stability of PP, making it a key method for improving PP's high-temperature resistance.

The heat deformation temperature of unfilled PP is only 60-80°C. Adding 10%-30% chopped glass fiber increases this temperature to 120-150°C, making it suitable for long-term use in medium-to-high-temperature environments (≤120°C) such as those found in bakeries and industrial ovens, preventing casters from softening or collapsing at high temperatures. Simultaneously enhancing mechanical properties: Glass fiber filling improves PP's rigidity, impact resistance, and wear resistance, addressing PP's brittleness and reduced load-bearing capacity at high temperatures. This ensures casters retain their shape and slip resistance even under high-temperature, heavy loads (such as in workshop material carts).

2. High-efficiency antioxidant (key auxiliary)
PP is susceptible to thermal oxidation at high temperatures, leading to molecular chain breakage, aging, and embrittlement. Antioxidants can slow this process, ensuring long-term high-temperature resistance.

Typical types: Hindered phenolic primary antioxidants (such as 1010) combined with phosphite secondary antioxidants (such as 168). These antioxidants inhibit free radical chain reactions and reduce oxidative degradation at high temperatures.

Effect: While using these antioxidants alone will not increase PP's upper temperature resistance, they can maintain PP's mechanical properties (such as impact resistance and hardness) in high-temperature environments, preventing wheel tread cracking and loosening of bracket connections due to long-term high-temperature aging. Suitable Applications and Advantages

For PP casters, glass fiber filler (10%-30% filler) is a fundamental guarantee, directly improving the upper temperature resistance and load-bearing stability. High-efficiency antioxidants provide long-term protection, extending the service life at high temperatures. The combination of these two ensures long-term stable operation in environments of 100-120°C, making them suitable for high-temperature environments such as industrial workshops and food baking, while also meeting the core requirements for wear and impact resistance.
