Nylon casters, with their high strength, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance, are suitable for a variety of surfaces:

Hard concrete floors: They offer high hardness and excellent wear resistance, allowing them to withstand the friction and heavy loads of concrete floors, ensuring stable equipment movement.

Epoxy floors: They offer moderate friction with smooth, flat epoxy floors, ensuring smooth and slip-resistant movement without scratching the floor, making them aesthetically pleasing and practical.

Tile floors: They offer excellent wear resistance, resulting in quiet movement and slow wear on hard, smooth tiles, making them suitable for both home and commercial mobile equipment.

Wooden floors (laminated/composite): They offer moderate hardness and resilience, making them less likely to scratch the floor surface than metal casters, and ensuring stable load-bearing movement. However, caution should be exercised when evaluating high-end solid wood floors.

Rough asphalt surfaces: Their high strength and wear resistance make them suitable for rough, undulating outdoor surfaces and suitable for moving equipment over short distances.

Unsuitable surfaces:

Soft carpet: Nylon casters can easily sink into carpet, making movement difficult.

Summary of core advantages: Nylon casters perform well on hard, flat or moderately rough surfaces (such as cement, epoxy floors, tiles, composite wood floors, asphalt roads). Their main advantages are wear resistance, pressure resistance, and resistance to ground damage.
