1. Identify Core Scenario Requirements
Prioritize the application scenario: For supermarkets primarily located on flat ground, choose standard casters. For frequent use on escalators, specialized elevator casters (small wheel diameter of 3-5cm and high-friction rubber) are essential. For smooth tile floors, polyurethane (PU) or thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) wheels are preferred to reduce noise and slippage. For heavy-duty carts, choose nylon for increased load-bearing capacity.

 

2. Structure and Functional Compatibility
For the basic configuration, choose a "two swivel wheels + two fixed wheels" combination. The swivel wheels ensure flexible steering, while the fixed wheels ensure stability when traveling straight. The wheel diameter should match the cart's specifications: For standard carts, choose a wheel diameter of 5-8cm to lower the center of gravity and prevent tipping.
