High-temperature environments in the food processing industry require caster lubricants that meet food-grade safety standards and offer good high-temperature resistance. Here are some common options:

Superlube High-Temperature Extreme Pressure Grease 70006: This is an NLGI Grade 2 grease with a temperature range of -34°C to 246°C, with intermittent service temperatures up to 343°C. It is an NSF-registered food-grade lubricant that meets USDA (H1) guidelines. It is non-conductive and will not dry out or form harmful abrasive deposits. It also offers excellent resistance to saltwater and corrosive chemicals.

CRC Food-Grade Silicone Lubricant: This lubricant forms a colorless, odorless, and non-staining film on a variety of metal and non-metal surfaces. It lubricates and protects over a wide temperature range and complies with FDA regulations (CFR 21-178.3570). It is suitable for use in slides, guides, tracks, conveyor belts, and other components of food processing and handling equipment.

Rocol FOODLUBE® XT Chain Fluid: With an operating temperature range of 0°C to 280°C, it's formulated with a combination of synthetic esters and special antioxidants. It offers excellent anti-wear properties, extends chain life, reduces deposits and varnish formation, and has low evaporation losses, increasing relubrication intervals. It is NSF H1 registered and ISO 21469 certified.

Tehaode Food-Grade Fluorogrease HTG-8781: Made from perfluoropolyether, it has no ignition point and remains stable in high-temperature environments. It won't ignite due to heat or sparks. It has received multiple authoritative certifications, including NSF Food Lubricant Certification, effectively eliminating fire hazards and is suitable for high-temperature environments such as fried food production plants. IDEALUBE® Boron Nitride

Powder Lubricant: IDEALUBE platelet powder is NSF certified and registered in category code HX-1. It can be used as an ingredient in lubricants for incidental food contact (HX-1) used in and around food processing areas. It has excellent high-temperature performance up to 900°C in air and is non-toxic and harmless to human contact and the environment.
