We can provide a compatible swivel caster replacement solution based on the caster installation and equipment requirements, or evaluate the possibility of adding steering conversion kits (available in some scenarios), minimizing your operational costs.
 

Q2: 250 kg is the load capacity of a single caster. How is the total load capacity calculated when multiple casters are used?
A: Theoretically, the total load capacity of multiple casters is calculated as the load capacity of a single caster × the number of casters × 0.8 (allowing for a safety factor based on factors such as floor flatness and uniform load distribution). In practice, we recommend planning the number and layout of casters based on the equipment's center of gravity and floor conditions. We also provide free load planning consulting services.
 

Q3: Will the performance of PU casters be affected when used in low-temperature environments (such as a -10°C warehouse)?

A: Our PU casters are suitable for temperatures between -20°C and 80°C. Even at -10°C, the wear resistance and elasticity of the casters are largely unaffected, allowing them to function normally for equipment handling. If your operating environment is even colder, please inform us in advance and we can customize special low-temperature compatible casters.
