A: PP/PU casters are more wear-resistant and have better shock absorption. They're quieter than rubber wheels and less prone to cracking over time. They're suitable for high-frequency movement, such as medical carts pushed hundreds of times a day, and they'll last a long time.

A: Standard customizations (common thread sizes like M8/M10) take 3-5 business days; special specifications (non-standard threads, extra-long lead screws) take 7-10 days. We have a fast mold response capability to minimize project delays.
 

Q3: Is 120kg the maximum load for continuous movement?
A: 120kg is the safe load for dynamic (continuous movement). Static loads (such as when equipment is stationary for extended periods) can be even higher! However, it's recommended not to exceed 120kg when moving to ensure caster life and stability.
 

Q4: Is the brake system prone to wear?
