Q1: After the casters are installed, does the 500kg load capacity refer to a single caster or a combination of casters?
A: It refers to the load capacity of a single caster under uniform speed handling/static support conditions. In actual use, it is recommended to evenly distribute the number of casters based on the weight of the equipment (e.g., at least four casters for a 1-ton piece of equipment), allowing for load-bearing redundancy for safety.
 

Q2: Are PU wheel treads susceptible to scratches from sharp objects?
A: PU wheel treads have a certain degree of scratch resistance, but prolonged/intensive contact with sharp metal or stone can damage the wheel tread. In environments with a large amount of sharp debris, it is recommended to clean the floor in advance or use protective mats to extend the life of the casters.
 

Q3: Can casters be used outdoors in rainy or snowy conditions?

A: The casters are rust-resistant and waterproof due to their rust-resistant iron core and waterproof PU wheel surface, making them suitable for normal use in short-term rain or snow conditions (such as temporary construction site transport). However, prolonged outdoor exposure (over 24 hours) will accelerate metal corrosion and PU aging. We recommend cleaning and drying them promptly afterward, or opting for custom waterproof casters.
 

Q4: What is the lead time for bulk purchases?
A: For standard specifications (flatbed mounting, 6-inch iron core and PU), orders of up to 500 units are shipped 7 business days after payment. Customized orders (color, interface, etc.) are produced within 10-15 business days, depending on the complexity of the customization. Expedited orders are available (subject to negotiation for an additional fee).
