Q1: Will nylon casters fade or degrade in performance after long-term outdoor use?
A: Nylon is inherently weather-resistant. Testing has shown that after 3-5 years of outdoor use, performance degradation (wear resistance and strength) is less than 5%. The color undergoes minor natural aging, which does not affect functionality. It can be used safely outdoors.
 

Q2: Is the chrome plating on the bracket easy to peel off?
A: Using advanced chrome plating technology, the caster is tightly bonded and has passed salt spray testing (simulating outdoor moisture corrosion). Under normal outdoor use (not in a strong acid or alkaline environment), the chrome plating has peeled off less than 3% of the area within 5 years, effectively preventing rust and maintaining durability.
 

Q3: What mounting surface thicknesses are compatible?
A: The movable flat panel bracket is recommended for mounting surfaces of 3-8mm. It can be installed on standard industrial equipment and shelf panels. Custom bracket hole spacing and panel adapters are available for special thicknesses.
